Sio Wia Hoi

Seed Increase Agronomist

Hoi is a crop science professional with credentials that include two decades of experience. His background includes transgenic crop breeding, event selection, efficacy and equivalence trials, seed increase, crop physiological and ecological assessment. Hoi directed experimental design, regulatory processes, and residue studies at Monsanto (now Bayer Crop Science) and American Agricultural Services, Inc. He brings global experience in field, greenhouse, and growth chamber environments to the Global Ag team.

Hoi received his undergraduate degree in Agronomy and his M.S. in Plant Breeding from Iowa State University.
